Since childhood, three things have profoundly driven me: science, aesthetics, and hairdressing.
From a very young age, cosmetics fascinated me. While some gravitated towards the toy aisles, I spent my time in the beauty aisles, choosing shampoos and treatments. It was already clear.
At 15, I naturally pursued a science and laboratory techniques baccalaureate, with the desire to understand and, one day, create my own products.
In 2005, after obtaining my baccalaureate, I decided to become a pharmacy technician. There, I discovered a world that perfectly suited me: scientific rigor, advice, and closeness to patients. I worked in pharmacies with large parapharmacy sections, which allowed me to develop real expertise in dermo-cosmetics.
In 2012, I specialized in trichology within a leading haircare laboratory in pharmacies. Then in 2021, alongside my work, I further deepened my knowledge by obtaining a CAP in aesthetics.
Over the years, I've seen thousands of products. This has become my strength: understanding what truly works and what doesn't. Knowing the strengths and limitations of each product to offer accurate, adapted, and effective advice.
With my husband, a chemical engineer, we decided to combine our knowledge to create science-based treatments with real results, far from superficial marketing.
This is how we discovered date seed oil. A still little-known, but powerful active ingredient. An obvious choice for us.
Today, with Les Sens du Désert, I formulate hair, scalp, and skin care products with a simple approach: effective active ingredients, efficient formulas, and visible results.
